The Website is designed to help you find information on travel and trekking in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which is owned and controlled by 'Splendid Arabia'. In particular, the Website provides brief descriptions with photos of locations with routes for most (though not for all) to help you reach the destination. 'Splendid Arabia' owns and retains all intellectual property rights to the Website. This is a private website with no connection to the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All data provided in the website with regard to route, time and distance will be good at the time it is written. By the passage of time, there may have better routes to reach the destination. The distance and time to reach a site may vary as new roads and other means of transportation arrives. The entrance fees mentioned for certain locations again may change by the course of time.

2. Copyright Information & Use of the Website

All photographs including those that appear in the titles and headers are the works of Mohammad Nowfal, in addition to the design and development of the whole website. You may only display the content of the Website for your own personal use (i.e., non-commercial use) and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content. For example, you may NOT use the Website to sell a product or service; use the Website to increase traffic to your website for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales and you may NOT take the results from the Website and reformat and display them, or use any robot, spider, other device or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Website except with prior written permission from the author.
